Kicking off my new "Cooking"-section, which I've been wanting to start for the longest time, with this first attempt Plum Upside-down Cake!
Desserts are not something I've specialized in ever since I started my "Healthy-Journey" but when my mum kindly asked me to bake alittle something since we were having guests I thought Why the heck not? I don't get the "chance" to make desserts very often so this time I figured I'd go all-out with this Upside-down Plum Cake. I am not a chef nor have I got any fancy food-education but who needs that?
I consider myself an at-home, free-time, self-taught gourmet chef simply because I love to make and experiment with food. This recipe was inspired by thisrecipe because I needed SOME kind of guidance. I díd manipulate and personalize the recipe a bit to my liking (I always do whatever I make in the kitchen). I don't really believe in following a recipe. Just go with your gut and your knowledge on which flavours match eachother and you can't go wrong, right?
